Here's a peek under the dash of Dan's 1969 GTO convertible. There's the Ram Air knob which opens and closes the nostrils on the hood. CLICK->
The dash has faded into many different shades of red. It's common to have the radio area cut out to accommodate a non-stock radio. Dan is having his dash & pillars redone by Just Dashes. CLICK->
Dan removed the hood from his red 1969 GTO convertible. If you've been keeping track, Dan said that the Ram Air III parts were long gone when he got the car. Dan says, "I need RA Carb part #7029273 (I’ll pay $1000 for it) to complete the restoration." CLICK->
Endura bumper and engine are gone. Dan adds, "The car has been sanded to bare metal and the rear quarters and outer fender wells replaced – all rust has been cut and new metal welded back. I didn’t do frame off since it was Convertible and the body has a lot of flex but we did remove all panels as needed to get the restoration done right." CLICK->

A new coat of paint and some shiny trim rings, makes these Rally IIs look great. Original Rally II trim rings are brushed, while reproductions are mirror-like. These are reproductions. CLICK->
