Blue 1971 T-37 hardtop with a white vinyl top from George. Perhaps you've never heard of a T-37 before? Well, they're very similar to a GTO. They had the performance of a GTO, but the price more similar to a LeMans. Notice the lack of a rubberized Endura bumper on the front of this car. Blue 1971 T-37 hardtop, right front view. This car has Rally II wheels. The car has a sunshade placed over the dashboard. It is common for the vinyl-covered dashes to crack from the sun. However, there are a couple of places that will fix or rebuild a cracked dash. But it's not a cheap item to fix. CLICK->
Here is a view of the 400ci engine in George's blue 1971 T-37 hardtop. There are some non-stock parts under this hood, but hey, this is a T-37. You don't see them very often. This one originally had air conditioning, but the compressor has been removed. That is very common to see. The compressors often failed, they are big and heavy, and working replacements aren't that easy to find. So they probably chucked the old air conditioning compressor. CLICK->

Orbit Orange 1971 GTO Judge with a white interior sitting in the shade. It's owned by Lenny. The Judge's got some pretty wild stripe color combinations. If the orange juice-flavored paint doesn't knock your eyes out, the bright pink and blue stripes will! It's hard to miss one of these winged showboats driving down the road...especially at night. Those side stripes actually REFLECT IN THE DARK! This was a wild car to own in the 1970's. You can see why people are still so excited about them, even after the turn of the century. CLICK->
Black 1971 LeMans Sport convertible multi-view picture. This car was purchased from a minister and is now owned by Chris Woodside. The LeMans Sport has a black interior and the optional Endura front bumper. The LeMans Sports were classy. They had attractive chrome "gills" on the sides of the front fenders. This was a unique feature to the "Sports". The rear panels and trunk lid said "LeMans Sport" on them. This car has shiny chrome aftermarket wheels on it. CLICK->

1971 GTO restoration picture #2. Rear window area. Looks like they have been welding in some new metal. The lower portion of the back window is a problem area. The metal frequently rusts out under the trim pieces. If you're going to buy a GTO to restore, check this area. Repairs here can add many hours to the cost of body repair labor. CLICK->
