Burgundy 1973 GTO (pic #1) left side view from John Fiumefreddo. This car has been "well enjoyed" over the years. The more you drive 'em in winter, the rustier they get. 1973 GTOs came in two body styles - the Coupe and the Sport Coupe. This one is the sport coupe which features a "Colonnade" rear quarter window treatment which has louvers covering it. CLICK->
Burgundy 1973 GTO (pic #2) engine view from John Fiumefreddo. This is an unrestored engine compartment. Looks like they put a Ford starter solenoid on the inner wheelhousing. This is a common cure for a hot starting problem. It works every time. CLICK->

Red 1973 LeMans (pic #1) left front view. This car has the added "PONTIAC" letters across the windshield. That big sticker can be purchased at most auto supply stores. This LeMans does not have the louvers covering the rear side windows. The GTO could also be ordered this way. This is called the Coupe. The Sport Coupes had the louvers over the rear side glass. Red 1973 LeMans (pic #2) left side view. The emblem on the side looks to me like it might spell "Grand LeMans". Can anyone confirm what the side emblem says? CLICK->
Gold 1973 GTO small picture shows right front view. Note how the 1973 GTO had black grilles and NACA-style hood scoops. NACA was the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, which in 1958 became NASA. These hood scoops are standard on all 1973 GTOs. They were opened to the air cleaner when the Ram Air option was chosen. Less than ten 1973 GTOs were ordered with the Ram Air option. Unlike earlier Ram Air setups, these were automatically opened to the outside during hard acceleration. CLICK->

Gold 1973 GTO (pic #1) right front view. This car is from Randy Dennis in Graham, Alabama. Some of the GTOs had bumper guards, some not. With a bumper as massive as these cars wear, I doubt that bumper guards were even necessary. CLICK->

Brewster Green 1973 GTO left side view. This one is from Wade & Charlie Fasshauer. It has a 455/250hp, column shift TH400 automatic transmission, 3.23 Posi rear end, bench seat, and an AM radio. Nice background for this picture. This one appears to be missing the interior or at least the head rests. CLICK->
