Ed White sends his rendering of a 1965 GTO hardtop racer. It was our Picture Of The Week for 6/28/09. Ed tells us more, "This is from the story I'm writing about the hot rodder done REAL good (by accident). The '65 pro street is a junk car, totally stripped and rebuilt with fiberglass hood, fenders, doors, decklid and bumpers. The glass is lexan and the front windshield goes from the roof to the back of the hood to angle it back a bit. The running gear (in the story) comes from a re-thought pro-street Chevelle project. So it's a 454 tunnel ram, two fours, power glide, Dana 60. The wheels are custom cut (also a '90s design) billets and the paint is from whatever was left over from earlier projects."Check out Ed's other renderings with the help of our Advanced Picture Searcher loaded with owner=Ed White. Blue 1965 GTO hardtop owned by David Ryder from California. This was our Picture Of The Week for July, 5, 2009. It has a 428ci Tri-Power engine, 4-speed manual transmission, 3.55 Posi rear, HO racing suspension, power windows, and a power antenna. It's sitting next to his Phantom Blac 2005 GTO. David tells us, I have owned it for seventeen years and
restored it ten years ago. I drive it as often as possible." CLICK->

Says Sean Pitkin (wpranch.@turbonet.com) - "I'm glad to see there is a goat site without four legs and hair on it."
