Take a look at Ed White's 1965 GTO convertible! It is our Picture Of The Week for 11-9-08. Ed tells us, "I've had a story in my mind for some time that I'm gearing up to write. Kind of an autobiofantastical story about a guy that Forrest Gumps his way to his dreams. It's fiction but there's factual chunks from my life put in there. This car is built for entry level road course racing and street use in the late '90s. It has bigger rims, sway bars, boxed frame and suspension, a 450 hp 400, 4-speed. The interior is done in gray wetsuit material and there is no top. The tonneau is fiberglass covered in the same material as the seats." CLICK->

Charcoal Blue 1965 GTO hardtop owned by Kelly Holmes from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. This was our Picture Of The Week for 12/21/08. Kelly tells us more, "It is a numbers matching car with Tri-Power, disk brakes on the front, and heavy duty sway bars front and rear. This is my ultimate dream car. I kicked myself for many years for selling the other 65 GTO that is on this site (the one with the guy popping out from under the hood)." We have more pictures of Kelly's latest 1965 GTO here.
