This is the video of the GTO that was seen on the bigscreen in the stadium before Superbowl XL. It is nearly 10meg in size and requires a media player to view. It is so cool! In the video, seen by the crowd just before the start of the game, the GTO is getting ready to drag race a Chevelle. You can see the reflections of football players on the cars. They use the dragrace tree to represent a countdown to gametime.

Jim Costello snapped a few pictures of this burgundy 1965 GTO hardtop. Jim says, "This 1965 GTO is sitting in a small town in Northern Nebraska. My Brother-in-law told me about this goat while we were at his house for Christmas. It has a Hurst shifter and the buckets look like they are in pretty good shape. It looks like it could be restored." What happened to the front bumper? Looks like someone looped chains around the bumper edges and pulled real hard. Ouch.

The back end looks very good too. Maybe a little rust under the rear window and some chrome missing on the tail lights.

What's inside this junked 65 GTO? It's got a manual transmission. Looks like mice have been living in the glove compartment.
