Both the driver's side and passenger side bucket seats fold all the way forward on a 1968 GTO. This is one spotless original interior! Zero scratches on the back of the front seats. There must have been no kids in the back seats. The carpets look good too. CLICK->
Another view of the dash in this white 1968 GTO. There is a light over the radio. It comes on with a small slide switch on the side of the light. This light is perfect for seeing the console area in the dark, like when you're eating at the drive-in and need to see without lighting up the whole car with a dome light. Notice how the air conditioning vents are mounted on the bottom edge of the dash. CLICK->
Headliner! The front seat shoulder restraints (seat belts) are stored in little clips on the ceiling. CLICK->
This white 1968 has a YS code 400ci 350hp engine. This is the standard engine you got when you ordered the manual transmission. CLICK->
Side view of the standard engine in this 1968 GTO. Super clean! The only non standard item I see (besides the spark plug wires) is the shiny vent tube from the air cleaner down to the head. This is often seen replaced. Reproductions of the original black paperish ones are now available. CLICK->
Red 1968 GTO hardtop owned by Bryan Hancock. Bryan tells us, "It is mostly original, but has been repainted. It has the 350 HP engine and a 4-speed manual transmission. I enjoy driving the car, and am improving it a little at a time." CLICK->

Corbin sent in pictures of his project Verdoro Green 1968 GTO hardtop. Corbin tells his story, "I purchased it from the original owner back in the summer of 1995. The seller wanted $2500 for it, talked him down to $2000. My brother owed me $2K so I had him buy this GTO for me. Haven't had the time or money to restore my GTO, but I am in the process of restoring the engine at this time. It has a 400 ci, 2-barrel carb, 265 HP, 400 Turbo transmission. I'm currently looking for a 1969 Convertible, 4-Speed, GTO." CLICK->
Looks like Corbin's project 1968 GTO rolls. This car appears to be in good shape. CLICK->
