Another shot of the Tri-Power engine. Notice the body is back on too. CLICK->
A coat of Barrier Blue paint has been applied to the body and the body was set back on the frame. Rich continues, "Special thanks to Micky Hale in Ashtabula, Ohio at www.haleperformance.com for the awesome work on the paint. It's dusty in a couple of these pictures as it's being prepared to go to the Cleveland IX center as an in-process display at the Auto-rama show, but in person all cleaned up it's AWESOME!" CLICK->

Montero Red 1966 GTO hardtop owned by William Baker from Needmore, Pennsylvania. William tells us more, "I've owned it for 8+ years and I am the third owner. It has only 53,820 original documented miles on the odometer and still carries the original Montero Red paint and interior. Complete numbers matching original WS, Tri-Power block, 093 heads, 4-speed transmission, and 3.55 Saf-T-Trac rear. I have the original bill of sale, Protect-O-Plate and all booklets. The only thing I did was rebuild the engine, back in 1999, to stock specs. I assure you it drives, and sounds as good as it looks." CLICK->
