This 'Back To School' folder was released for the 2003/04 school year. It features the 1999 GTO! The coolest part is this quote contained inside the folder: Concept GTO pays homage to the worlds's original and greatest muscle car - the Pontiac GTO. It is a unique car, but careful examination of its handsome lines suggests connections to past models. Concept GTO is a design study, an exploration of future possibilites. The designers pondered what a contemporary GTO would look like. The result was not based on specific model years but instead met the challenge of creating a vehicle with the GTO look that also captured its essence. The original GTO made impressive contributions to Pontiac's performance heritage. Concept GTO gives a glimpse of what future Pontiac excitement might look like. CLICK->
GTO concept car was Picture Of The Week for 2/7/99. We like it because it has radical styling features borrowed from the original without being a direct copy. CLICK->
