This is what's left of John Scott's 1970 GTO parts car. His son Carl tells us more, "This 1970 Judge came from a salvage yard in Burlington, Iowa for $50 back in 1981. He also bought 3 junk 69's along with it. The junker was going to crush them and sold them at cost. When he got the 70 home underneath the seat he also found a Ram Air 4 Pan but it was a Ram Air 3 car because it had a/c. The pan had a plug in it too. We think that its a late production Ram Air 3 and that they ran out of Ram Air 3 pans and put on Ram Air 4 pans."
