Dano Savio from Santa Rosa California sent in these shots of his black 1967 GTO convertible. This one was ordered with the economy (2BBL 400ci and 8:6.1 compression 255 HP) engine, 2.93 rear end, and an automatic transmission with a Hurst dual gate shifter. Dano says this was delivered to the orginal owner on 1-9-67. Dano found a 1967 quarter under the convertable top side panel. What things have you found in your GTO?

This web site is home to many red Pontiac GTOs. Red 1967 GTO hardtop owned by Larry Fisher from San Bernardino, California. Larry had this to add, "I Bought it from a guy in Montclair, California. He was not too sure what was wrong with it or how to fix it. I spent a few hours fixing some of the mess that others had made and took it to a good tranny shop to get their help. After that I was so happy that I can't tell you. The old goat went from not being able to get out of her own shadow to putting a smile on my face that you couldn't pry off with a crow bar. What a machine! 430HP out of a 400ci."

Here's an old picture of Ron Hill and the Gray 1967 LeMans he owned back in high school. It had a 326ci engine and a 2-speed automatic transmission with a "jockey box." That's a neat name for a flor mounted shifter. He eventually sold the car after getting into a wreck. His Mom had a 1968 LeMans which is shown in our 1968 Hardtop lot.
