Carole Ray brought this nice blue 1969 GTO convertible. She calls the car "Moody Blue". Carole is a member of the Indy GTO Association. CLICK->

This car was on the cover of Smoke Signals - the POCI monthly magazine. It also won an award at the 2006 GTOAA Nationals in Kentucky (see the award?). Carole has owned the car since she drove it off the showroom floor October 11, 1969. CLICK->
Over in the swap meet area was this blue 1969 GTO hardtop. A lot of people looked at this car over the weekend. The lower rust on every panel was a turn-off for most people. Too bad. I might have been interested if the trailer came with it. Or maybe if it was a Judge. CLICK->

Besides the 1969 GTO this vendor had a whole bunch of other 1968 and 1969 GTO parts for sale. When shopping for parts, it helps if you can tell the years apart. Sometimes you can research the parts ahead of time. Or look up parts in the shop manual for the year of car you have. Shop manuals are usually available somewhere at large swap meets like this one.
