Black 1967 GTO hardtop, right rear view. It carries an Indiana historic vehicle plate. In this state there are no rules against driving the car as many miles as you want. To get a special plate like this, the car has to pass a one-time inspection at a state police post. They do a quick check for functionality of items such as the horn and turn signals, and seatbelts if so equipped.
