Question: How was the Drag Races? Answer: Wet! Todd Smith snapped this shot of the Royal Bobcat 1966 GeeTO Tiger at the nearby drag races. Rob Wilson reports on the meet: "I made it. I had no excuse since I live within 50 miles of the place. Met Steve Ten Eyck and spoke to him as Dan Jr was checking the Muncies on Tuesday and then again I was back on Friday. What a great time. The only way it would have been better would have been in my own GTO. That would have taken a few truck loads to make it there :) Instead I rode with my wife's cousin who drove his 69 that he bought new when he came back from Vietnam. Great to see all of you that were there." CLICK->

Scott Tiemann's white 1966 GTO sport coupe was spotted by Paul Sanders. Scott told Paul that his engine has made anywhere from 790-805 hp on the dyno depending on cam/carb. Paul parked next to him and this car at the GTO Nationals in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 1984. Scott had sold it to start his restoration business and then bought it back. He took it to a very good chassis builder and told him to build it to withstand 1100 hp if he ever wanted to go that far. CLICK->

Kerry Doyle drove this red 1967 GTO hardtop all the way down from Abbotsford, BC Canada. The car needed a thorough washing. Thanks to the helpful ladies at Jax Wax, cleanup was a breeze. Photo by Kerry Doyle. CLICK->
