The rain didn't stop the owner, Mark Holniker, from displaying this Starlight Black 1970 Judge. Mark says the car is original right down to the exhaust system. It won Concours Silver at the 2001 GTOAA Nationals in Redwing, Minnesota. Then in 2006 he brought it to Louisville, Kentucky and won Concours Gold, and then Best Factory Original.
