This Matador Red 1969 GTO hardtop was a concours car. After judging inside, the owner brought it out and placed it with the other 68-69 GTOs. The hood says RAM AIR IV. I always enjoy seeing the concours cars when they stay out. Several of the concours owners will put them back into enclosed trailers after judging, unseen for the rest of the show. This car was later auctioned in the January 2007 Scottsdale, Arizona Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction. PHS documented options include: RAIV 400 engine, M-21 close-ratio 4-speed transmission, Safe-T-Track HD rear, Axle - special order, Radio, rear speaker, covered headlights, hood mounted tachometer, power disk brakes, power steering, Rally II wheels, Soft-Ray glass, and floor mats.
