Red 1969 Custom S hardtop, engine view. Very clean! I got several photos of it. CLICK->
The 1969 Custom S had this emblem on the front fender. The Custom S was only available in 1969. CLICK->
The car is waiting in the staging lane. There is bench seat in this red 1969 Custom S. The Bell helmet is required for racing. CLICK->
Red 1969 Custom S charging down the track. I modified the photo so it looks like one of those wacky car-toon distorted drawings. Everything is slanting forward, going fast! CLICK->
Take a look at this! No, this is not a picture of loading the historic "Last Royal Bobcat GTO" on a trailer. It's being maneuvered down the hallway of the Marriott to be placed in the big convention room. You should have seen them fit it in the elevator. CLICK->
Saturday night was cruise night. This is the Vinsetta Garage on Woodward Avenue. These pictures were sent in by the GTO Club of Central Ohio. The GTOACO cars include Dan Gregory's 66 GTO (DJ GTO's), Pete Landis' 69 Judge, Lonnie McClaughlin's 69 convertible and Joe and Renda Bennett's 65 hardtop. This is the spot where Pontiac took a picture of their 1999 concept GTO sitting next to a 1969 Judge. Click here to see it. CLICK->
This is Lonnie McClaughlin's blue 1969 GTO convertible GTOACO members Don Oconal and Doug & Tony Boyleon at the Woodward Avenue cruise. CLICK->
Here's the group making the famous turn on Woodward with Lonnie McClaughlin in the 69 convertible, Ron and Pete Landis in the Judge, and Ron Cozzo in the 67 GTO hardtop. Click here to see a rendering of the ad which made this turn-around famous. CLICK->
A shot out of the back of Lonnie McClaughlin's 69 convertible. That's Doug Boyle in his 1963 Tri-Power 4-speed off to the right.

This is 'Krazy' Dan Gregory in his 1966 GTO convertible.

This is part of the lineup of Popular Vote 1970 GTOs. There are some 1968 GTOs up on the grass behind them. CLICK->
Sean stands and admires a Palisade Green 1970 GTO hardtop. It's hard to see, but this one had a 68 style Ram Air II air cleaner housing. Those UltimateGTO.com "Staff" shirts are not sold in stores! CLICK->
Clean Palisade Green 1970 GTO hardtop, right rear view. At this car show, the smell of fresh car wax was in the air. The Cragars are sparkling in the July sunshine. CLICK->
Palladium Silver 1970 GTO hardtop from New Jersey. This one has a Judge stripes, black vinyl top and Honeycomb wheels. CLICK->
This white 1970 GTO hardtop has the Sport Stripe option. The Sport Stripe is really just the 1969 Judge Stripe that could be ordered again in 1970.
Here's a comment from a recent visitor...
Says Donald R. Shay, Sr. (Officershay81.@yahoo.com) - "Yes, I love this website. It gets my heart racing and I want to get another GTO. Back in 1976 I bought a 1970 GTO Judge for $1,000."
