Dan Rieke just purchased this Phantom Black 2005 GTO. He tells us more, "The GM Employee Discount program ended September 30th, 2005. Not only was this my birthday, but the day I purchased my third GTO. I've owned a '66 convertible and a '67 hardtop. My brother owned a '67 and my Dad a '65. Until now Dad was top of the heap. With my new black/black '05 with 6-speed, his pole position is in question!" The GM employee discount program was the most successful marketing campaign ever. They moved a lot of cars. GM introduced the incentive in June 2005. The other automakers followed GM's lead with their own employee or "family" discount programs too. GM's U.S. sales shot up 41 percent in June and 19 percent in July. CLICK->
Dan has since added a set of recessed grilles. CLICK->

Cyclone Gray 2005 GTO owned by Tony from Tacoma, Washington. Tony had this story to share, "This is my 2005 GTO. I just got it back from the dealer. The car ran out of oil - I just had the oil changed at 7,000 miles and it broke with 8,000 miles. It sounded like a 1969 Chevy throwing a rod. The dealer ordered the new parts and started to put it back together when they noticed that the main caps were bad and installed a NEW motor." CLICK->
