CLICK-> 2004 Has viewer comments3.1 star rating3.1 star rating3.1 star rating3.1 star rating3.1 star rating Here's the real thing! It's the 2004 concept GTO on display at the LA Auto Show on January 3rd, 2003!. Mike Radke sent in these pictures. It was our Picture Of The Week for 1/12/03.

CLICK-> 2004 Has viewer comments This is the engine that will power the 2004 GTO. This was our Picture Of The Week for 9/28/03. It's an "all-aluminum 5.7L Gen III LS1 V8 with 350 horsepower @ 5200 rpm and 365 lb-ft of torque at 4000 rpm" It's suppose to take the GTO 0-60 in the mid-five second range. Is this worthy of The Great One?

CLICK-> 2004 Has viewer comments A rainy photograph by Larry, edited with Paint Shop Pro by Sean. This is the retro front fender emblem on a Quicksilver Metallic 2004 GTO. This was our Picture Of The Week for 12/7/03.

CLICK-> 2004 Has viewer comments Jeff from Omaha Nebraska owns a Cosmos Purple 2004 GTO that left these tracks. This was our Picture Of The Week for 2/1/04. Jeff's friend Rocky Rotella sent these pictures in. Rocky tells us, "A definite healthy rumble comes from true dual exhaust with a balance tube. I was given the opportunity to get behind the wheel and take it for a spin. Although the streets are wet in spots we were able to still jump on it a few times. Acceleration is smooth and torque quickly passing through the low RPMs into the mid range. Since the car has less than 35 miles on it and with the fresh motor I limited myself to about 2/3 throttle. It feels very strong, much like the 01-02 LS1 Firebird/Camaro if anyone is familiar with their characteristics. Handling is tight and ride is exceptional. Interior room was plenty accommodating for my 6'3" plus frame. Car is very attractive with what appears to be well built body."

CLICK-> 2004 Has viewer comments This is a good photo if you're interested in seeing purple. A purple leather interior is standard in the Cosmos Purple 2004 GTO. The gauges are purple as well as door trim and accents next the the console and under the dash.
CLICK-> 2004 Has viewer comments You can't wait around too long or Jeff's Cosmos Purple 2004 GTO is gone.
CLICK-> 2004 Under the hood of Jeff's Cosmos Purple 2004 GTO is a 350hp 5.7L (346ci) LS1 engine.
CLICK-> 2004 Here's a closeup of the front fender of Jeff's Cosmos Purple 2004 GTO. Under this lighting there's just purple highlights here and there.
