Silver 1973 GTO Sport Coupe owned by Vince Peragine from Houston, Texas. This was our Picture Of The Week for 9/4/05. Vince tells us more, "This was my 1st car bought in 1980 with 60k miles. I ran it till 90k. It then sat in my garage on blocks for 10 years. I got divorced in 1992, cashed out my 401k, and went to work. It got the original block and tranny, 455 cid Ram Air 4 cam, 3.90 posi and 3" exhaust. It is almost finished. I'm looking for a 4-speed console and want to convert to a 5-speed if anyone can help. Louis Lewandowski owns this Golden Olive 1973 GTO sport coupe. This was our Picture Of The Week for 9/2/06. Louis tells us about his goat, "This car was purchased off of eBay in 2001. Since purchasing, it has undergone a full restoration. The car is still a numbers matching 455 4-barrel with a Turbo Hydro 400. The only changes in performance is the 2.5 inch dual exhaust with X pipe and a slightly hotter cam, otherwise this is a stock car." We have this car pictured when it was for sale in the internet. Black 1973 GTO Sport Coupe owned by Joe Sparks from Alsip, Illinois in the Chicago area near Lake Michigan. This is our Picture Of The Week for 12/17/06. This is the eleventh time a 1973 GTO has been featured as a Picture Of The Week on UltimateGTO.com since 1996. Joe tells us more, "I have always loved the 73 since I was 7 years old and my neighbor bought a brand new one. I have been looking for one for a long time and finally found it. It is a numbers matching all stock car with a 400 4-speed with a split bench seat and air conditioning." Joe also owns a 1966 GTO convertible. There were two different Rally Gauge Clusters available for the 1973 GTO. This is the UPC WW8 Rally Gauge Cluster option, which has the tach and small clock in the left pod with the fuel/oil/temp gauge in the center. The other cluster was the UPC W63 which just had a large clock in the left pod and the same gauge in the center. PICTURE SET CONTINUED ON NEXT PAGE ...
