Don's 72 LeMans hits the paint booth. CLICK->
The paint gets covered and the underside gets painted. CLICK->
It's put back together. Don explains, "I made it to the Pre-Woodward Cruise Friday the 15th and turned a few heads. Still have some detail items such as the 3500 rpm converter and 4:11 don't go well for a freeway trip - sure fun from a stop. Like all projects you start, one thing leads to another and it just keeps going. I've had several of these cars back in the day and forgot how nice they ride and handle for an older car. The Duck bill spoiler is not from the car but it is an original Pontiac piece. I need a few more trim rings for the Honeycombs. All in all its turned out to be a nice cruzr' and tribute car. My wife drives the car and says, 'I can't believe this was the empty car apart in so many pieces'. I can't believe she still recognizes me after three years in the barn!" CLICK->

Don adds, "I added an OEM electric trunk lock, newer stereo for sound, and put the stock shifter back in cuz the dual gate is still missing some parts. The interior is completely redone." CLICK->
Green 1972 GTO hardtop spotted at the summer 2005 POCI LI NY show. Does this guy resemble Eric Clapton? CLICK->
Black flamed 1972 LeMans hardtop owned by Darrell Kaiser from Waldorf, Maryland. Darrell bought his car in July of 2004. Then, one month later, he was deployed to Iraq. CLICK->
The front end is completely yellow on this 1972 LeMans hardtop. It has the GTO front end. One of the most unique features of the flame job is the front part of the hood. I like how they made a separate flame section out of the hood scoops. CLICK->
Black flamed 1972 LeMans hardtop, right front view. Look, they engraved "The Judge" on the side rear window. And notice how the windows are "on fire" too! See that dude standing in the background? Is he carrying a fire extinguisher? CLICK->
Here is a close-up of that "The Judge" etching on the rear quarter glass. Some owners have their glass etched as a theft deterrent. Usually a VIN number of the car is etched onto the glass in a small inconspicuous place. However, this car has bold etchings, an artwork not to be missed! CLICK->
Black primer 1972 GTO owned by Dean Cummins from Trotwood, Ohio. Dean tells us more, "I bought this at auction for $625.00. Frame off POR-15 racetoration. 1972 455 H.O. It was originally (PHS Documented) Sundance Orange 1 of 325 with a white stripe 1 of 150? It now has a pro-built 455, 400 trans, 12-bolt w/Moser 4.10, and 30x9 Goodyears. Best E.T. was 11:38 at 118 mph R/U at the GTOAA 2003 Nats. It's been known to knock rakes and shovels off the garage wall when started. I am now married, so it is raced once a year at the T/A Nats Kilkare Dragway in Xenia, Ohio. I will always keep her. I Love this car!" CLICK->
Wheelie time. Another shot of Dean's 1972 GTO at the drag races. This is at the 2005 T/A Nats at the Kilkare Dragway in Xenia Ohio. In the 2nd Round Dean did a 0.4969 redlight and proceeded to a 11.62 on a 11.60 and 1.56 at 60 ft. CLICK->
This is a rare one. It's a 1972 GTO sport coupe. See the pillar between the side door and quarter glass? It also has the triangle vent windows on the doors like the 1968 and back GTOs. Pontiac only made 134 GTO sport coupes in 1972. This one has a non-stock steering wheel and Chevelle console and shifter. The car originally had a column shift with a bench seat and was painted blue. It does have the original 400ci engine under the hood. CLICK->
Here is the invoice for this rare 1972 GTO sport coupe. The paint code is FF which is Lucerne Blue top and bottom. The interior is 562 which I'm not sure what that is. You can see the all important GTO OPTION listed.

Says Jack Manchester (bmf.@ns1.castlenet.com) - "There is no better compliment to a fine Goat than to have a hot babe in the picture with it. Wouldn't you like to see a red hot goat and a white hot babe burning the monitor up? So please more of the two together and keep on bringing those fabulous GTO's"
