Picture of a Black 1971 GTO hardtop taken at the 1998 World of Wheels car show in Washington DC. 1971 and 1972 GTOs look very similar. One of the two major differences is that the 1971 GTO has a chromed grille that is pulled to the front of the two openings in the front. The other difference, is the 1971 GTO does not have vent holes in the fenders behind the front wheels. CLICK->
