Tom G's 1969 burgundy GTO hardtop. Tom comments on the car, "My '69 is a "Plain Jane", with VERY few options - But, the options that were chosen were good ones ... It has a bench seat, Ram Air III WS engine, close ratio 4 speed, and a 3.90 posi. The original owner splurged and got an AM radio - that's it - standard steel wheels, poverty hub caps, manual steering, manual drum brakes. I bought it in August '98 through a dealer who never titled it, so I am the second owner. It spent it's first 8 years in CA, then 13 years in Alaska, then in Virginia until last year. It had a block heater in it from when it was in Alaska. Considering where it's been, it has only a few rust problems." CLICK->

Says Dain Wilson (gr8dain.@netzero.com) - "Congrats on being officially noted in AutoWeek as THE site to visit to see GTO's. Don't let it go to your head. And please don't start charging admission, I would go broke."
