Burgundy 1968 LeMans convertible owned by Howard Botting from North Syracuse, New York. This was our Picture Of The Week for 8-26-07. Howard has this story to share, "I bought my LeMans two years ago from one of my college buddies. He actually had helped his best friend in High School restore the car way back then (1983/84-ish). Originally a Nightshade Green car repainted to the burgundy you see now. Not 100% sure if this is 'Flambeau Burgundy' or not. All in all, I thought it's a pretty nice color. It gets tons of compliments, even for a 23 year old paint job! I even took third place in class at its first POCI show. Not that I want it to be a show car or a drag car, just a nice cruiser that me and my family can enjoy!"
