Midnight Blue 1965 GTO hardtop owned by Brian Ray from O'Fallon, Illinois. Brian tells us, "I bought it in '94 as a red Chicago area rust bucket that looked good from 50/50. An uncle gave me a 455 in pieces, which I put in the trunk, then drove it cross-country to Utah, with 4.11 gears (never again). After several years and lots of $$s it is roadworthy with the 455, Edelbrock heads, Richmond 6-speed, vintage air, 4-wheel discs, Weld Rodlites, Hotchkis springs, T/A steering box, 12-bolt w/3.08 gears, and more."
