Killroy's owner in N.M.: | | "Oak tree you're in my way"..."Ouch!" |
dragonhead00: | | Wow, Don. What were you doin'? Hmmm? And with no airbags. Don't these goats have enough to worry about. |
lcoz31: | | Looks like it is heading into the junk yard! |
Mr66: | | That car's so big I'm surprised he hasn't hit more things with it! |
Hawk: | | This photo is heartbreaking to see. For we who love GTOs, it's like seeing a PERSON we love, being taken to the hospital with critical injuries. What adds to the pain is that these old GTOs (as opposed to the '04-'06 ones) are so rare. Let's all please be extra careful as we drive these things. |
19GTO69: | | Oh sure...you go fast in your GTO and something has to get in your way...cops, trees, etc. ;o) |
Bookm: | | Clearly, the bumpers on the '73 were not large enough!! LOL |
1-1969GTO: | | You think the car looks bad? You should see the scratch mark on the tree ;o) |
pontgoat69: | | I would make sure that I cut up some firewood |
latech47: | | I agree with pontgoat69. And I think a totem pole would be apprapoe as well. Put chief Pontiac on top. |
Hawk: | | Bookm: Like your comment. Those huge 'park bench' bumpers on the '73 were so ugly. Even those huge, ugly bumpers were no match for this tree. If it's any consolation, Pontiac wasn't the only one with those huge bumpers. Look at the '73 Ford Torino Gran Sport, or the '73 Mercury Montego GT. It was a federal mandate. |
