| Mike: | | I saw this car and wished I could have bought it. I believe Ames Performance bought it. Looking this car over made me feel as if I went back in time. What a piece of history! |
| Tigers R Us: | | Formerly the Grey Ghost. I think any of us would like to have this car parked in our garage. An Altered Wheelbase anything is a rare find. |
| JGEETO: | | I don't consider this rolling hunk of metal worthy of a 5 star rating. It may have some historical signification, but to me, it's just what it looks like.... |
| Catch That Tiger, if you can !!: | | Dude, It's a Vintage GTO Altered Wheelbase Funny Car From the 60's. It's ultra rare and valuable, You would be surprised, what a car of this type could fetch. |
| JGEETO: | | Listen 'Catch' I do understand that this rolling hunk of metal has significant value, so restore it back to its original condition. I have seen better, and to give this wreck 5 stars as is..., is NUTS! |
| mburm039: | | When we rate the pictures, I thought we were rating how cool the car is, not necessarily how flawless the restoration or how high the judges would score it at the car show. I think this car is bad ass and to me, on a scale of one to 5 based on how much I like this car, I'd give it a 5. |
| Buckeye in VA: | | Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some may prefer the abstract version of the GTO. We may be surprised at what a wealthy baby boomer would pay for this car and display it in an art museum. |
| 1968gto: | | This thing is way cool. It is an artifact from another time. I think it should be left as is, not restored. Five stars in my book. |
| Mr.Judge70: | | A valuable, 1 of a kind, historic GTO. It helped put ALL OF OURS into History books. |
