Here is another potential GTO design created by Larry Williams in January of 2006. He did this rendering about the same time that GM was showing off the 2009 Camaro concept car. Larry's GTO design just might accomodate the Camaro platform's dimensions. Here is what Larry said, "This one might ruffle some feathers. This is based on a concept I started more than a year ago [2004 or so]. This one could easily be built on the new Camaro platform. In fact it's amazing how close the overall proportions are. I like the masculine, aggressive stance of this design. The tall body, short green house look works well I think. It's not 'retro' but the front end does draw influence from the '64-65 GTO. Hope you enjoy!"

BakerBoy86: I like it! I really like the little details, e.g. the 'GTO' in black behind the front wheel, the vents, and the Judge-esque spoiler.
Da Judge: And I Thought y'all Hated the aussie goats! You'd complained to Chief Pontiac that the last batch of GTOs were from Oz and not the U.S. (las if we had become oblivious that our capitolist isociety have been out-sourcing everything from jobs to China to our cars.) For example The Chevy Silverado has been built south of the border but the Camaro has and always will be built north. ALL the W-Body cars have been buitl before and since the F-Bodies have received the Gillitine. On top of that, while Saturn may slogan 'Rethink American,' they7 have pernamently infused themselves with Opel, GM's German Subsidiary. If Buick wants to live, they have ot outsource themselves to the only place where they're #1: China. And if you REALLY want RWD from Pontiac so that Bob Lutz can deliver on his promise, They can only do that by beng an Americanized Holden, LIKE IT OR NOT!!! (editor: Left all 8 typos in there for entertainment value)
jesse w: Wow, the nicest GTO concept I've seen. Can't wait to see this Rollin' down the road.
04-06 yawn: Too bad Beavis and Lutzhead didn't see this before they coughed up a wannabe and tried to pass off a Monaro as a GTO.
