Palladium Silver 1969 GTO hardtop owned by Scott Macgillivray from Stuart, Florida. Scott tells us, "This car was purchased at the Greenville Convention last summer (2005) while I was on my way out through the parking lot. There was a man standing next to a battleship gray GTO with his three kids sitting on the fender in the car corral. Well, upon further investigation it was for sale as he needed divorce money and was living nearby. He heard about the convention at an earlier date and decided that his dream to restore it would not be a reality any time soon. He was very honest about everything I asked about it. We later returned to his home and proceeded to work out a deal. I drove the car straight to our house in South Florida - over 800 miles at 70mph. It was just like my Dad's 1968 that had been T-bonded back in 1972. Situations in my life had never afforded us this coincidence to replace the best car we had ever known."
