Labor Day weekend in 1990, This 1968 GTO convertible is seen at the 5th annual GTOAA Western Regional Meet. It was held at the Torrance, California Marriott parking structure. I find the lower Rally stripes interesting on this car. They are not often seen on cars, especially not in the color red. In my experience, these stripes are often left off when repainting a car. And the build sheet does not specify which
color the stripes are to be. This car appears to have a red interior, so the red stripes make some sense. I'd guess that a car with the typical parchment and black interior might have a black Rally stripe. Photo from Bruce Niemietz, who attended the meet.
